Sage Construction Company is a family-owned homebuilder in the Denver area, specializing in renovations and new builds. We pride ourselves on a high level of detail, thoughtful functionality, and maintaining the historic aesthetic of Denver’s neighborhoods. Sage homes features timeless design with unique and contemporary touches. 

The owners, Jeff & Tiffany, moved to Denver after college over 25 years ago, to be near family, the mountains and fly fishing. They have always had a passion for real estate and started building and renovating in 2008 when Jeff purchased his first “fix and flip” and they loved it! Since then, the company has continued to grow with, daughter, Madie coming on board, learning all parts of the business, in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent; also, their son, Austin helps out when he’s not in school in Iowa, and of course our loveable Labrador, Sage who inspired our company name. In addition to the family, the Sage Construction team includes long-standing relationships with our talented architect, engineers, designers, contractors, and trade partners. We are grateful to be doing what we love from planning, designing and building new homes.
